Conference Registration Fee

All conference participants as an audience, a presenter, or both must pay the registration fee. For each paper, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. The registration fee is given below:

The conference fee does not include bus or airport transportation and accommodation. However, the foreign scholars who will present their papers will be provided with free domestic transportation (two-way Kathmandu-Pokhara) and free accommodation during the conference. In case of non-attendance, the registration fee will not be refunded. The conference registration fee includes the following:

  • participating in all plenary and parallel sessions
  • getting all conference materials
  • having tea/coffee, breakfast and lunch
  • taking city tourPlease be advised that the online registration portal will be activated on 15 May 2022.

  • Before making the payment for the conference using any of the following method, please register online (Seats are not available for audience only participants; Scholars whose abstracts have already been accepted for presentations are requested to contact the conference organizing committee for registration.). and select your registration fee. There are three ways to pay the registration fee:
    1) Bank Transfer Payment
    2) Online Payment
    3) Onsite Payment You can use the following bank details to send the registration fee through the bank transfer payment and online payment, or to deposit the registration fee to your nearest bank in Nepal as mentioned below:

    After sending your registration fee, you can send a copy of payment receipt through an email to conference@pu.edu.np for confirmation. Please do not forget to submit the voucher to the Conference Organizing Committee if you use the onsite payment method.
