The student welfare and extracurricular activities directorate is established in 18th August 2021 in Pokhara University according to the university act. The directorate is responsible to address the general, national and international issues of the students. With the growing number of students in the constituent campus, and to address the prevailing problems among the students, the university felt the need of student welfare and extracurricular activities so that the body can assist and cooperate with the university authorities.
The student welfare and extracurricular directorate ensures healthy, joyful, educative and playful environment for the students in the University, by encouraging the students to participate in various academic and co-curricular activities. the University ensures that the best possible environment exists for all students, irrespective of their socio-economics class.
