Pokhara University Service Commission shall be constituted for the appointment and promotion of teachers and administrative employees. The Service Commission shall, while recommending appointments and promotions of teachers and employees, take academic qualifications, capacity, and experience as the main basis for teachers and administrative qualifications, capacity, and experience as the main basis for employees, respectively.
