Message from the Dean
On behalf of the students, faculty, and staff of the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), I would like to warmly welcome you to Pokhara University.
Established in 1997 under the Pokhara University Act, FMS has grown into one of the largest academic communities of the University, with nearly 50 management colleges and more than 20,000 undergraduate and graduate students. Together, we represent a caravan of learners, educators, and professionals journeying toward knowledge, innovation, and impact.
Our vision is simple yet ambitious: to prepare competent, creative, and ethical leaders who can meet the challenges of a changing Nepal and an interconnected world. We offer undergraduate, graduate, MPhil, and PhD programs that are student-centered, skill-focused, and globally relevant. Designed in close consultation with industry, these programs combine academic rigor with practical exposure through internships, guest lectures, and industry collaboration, ensuring our graduates leave the classroom ready for the boardroom.
We take pride in our alumni, who today serve in reputed national and international organizations and have assumed significant responsibilities in business, entrepreneurship, and academia.
