यस विश्वविद्यालयको ले.न.पा. वडा नं. १२ मुसेटुडाँ स्थित कि.नं. २१२८ को जग्गामा रहेका सिसौं तथा खयर जातका (सिसौं-११ र खयर-१४२ जम्मा=१५३ सुखड खडा रुखहरु जे जस्तो अवस्थामा छ , सोही अवस्थामा लिलाम बडाबड गरि ब्रि्री गर्नु पर्ने भएकोले यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । इच्छुक व्यक्ति, संघ, संस्था, र्फम वा कम्पनीले यो सूचना राष्टिय दैनिक पत्रिकामा प्रथम पटक प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ दिन भित्र सिलबन्दी बोलपत्र खरिद गरी तोकिएको स्थानमा बुझाउन आव्हान गरिन्छ ।
१) बोलपत्र दाखिला गर्नुपर्ने अन्तिम मिति र समयः क) अन्तिम मितिः १६ औं दिन ख) समयः १.०० बजेसम्म ।
२) बोलपत्र दाखिला गर्नुपर्ने अन्तिम मिति र समयमा र्सार्वजनिक विदा परे त्यसको भोलिपल्ट कार्यालय समयभित्र बुझाउन पाइनेछ ।
३) बोलपत्र फाराम पो.वि.केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, लेखनाथ, कास्कीबाट कार्यालय समय भित्र खरिद तथा दाखिला गर्न सकिनेछ । साथै कुनै कुरा वुझ्नु पर्ने भएमा
कार्यालय समय भित्र आई बुझ्न सकिनेछ ।
४) बोलपत्र फाराम प्रति गोटाको रु.५०० पछि फिर्ता नहुने गरी तिरी पो.वि.केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, लेखनाथ, कास्कीबाट खरिद गर्न सकिनेछ ।
५) लिलाम बढाबढ हुने सिसौं तथा खयरका रुखहरु कार्यालय खुलेको समय भित्र विश्वविद्यालयको ले.न.पा. वडा नं. १२ मुसेटुडा स्थित कि.नं. २१२८ को
जग्गामा गई हेर्न सकिनेछ ।

On February 4, 2013 Vice Chancellor of Pokhara University Prof. Khagendra Prasad Bhattarai and Director Prof. K Radhakrishnan of Shree Chitra Tirunal Institute of Science and Medical Technology signed an Memorandum of Understanding at Achutha Menon Centre for Health Science Studies, Trivandrum, Kerala, India. On this occasion the head of Achutha Menon Centre for Health Science Studies, Prof. K R Thankappan and Mr. Purna Chandra Sharma Executive Director of International Center of Pokhara University also represented from the respective institutes. Mr. Tulsi Ram Bhandari, PhD student of SCTIMST was also present in the signing ceremony.

Pokhara University (PU) located in Kaski, Nepal, agrees to join the network of universities of UNITWIN (University Twinning and Networking) on Capacity Building of Sustainable Development in Developing Countries for which Handong Global University (HGU) located in Pohang, Repulic of Korea is the host University. As part of the program, PU and HGU wish to enhance relations between the two universities and to develop academic and cultural exchange programs in the areas of education, research, and other activities and agree to cooperate and work together towards the internationalization of higher education and the goal of the UNITWIN programme. The areas of cooperation include any programs offered at either university which are felt to be desirable and feasible for the development and strengthening of cooperative relationships between the two institutions and helpful for UNITWIN Programme. However, any specific programs shall be subject to mutul consent, availability of funds, and approval of each university. Such programs may include:
- Exchange of faculty members
- Exchange of students
- Joint research projects
- Joint degree programs
The terms of such mutual assistance and cooperation shall be discusssed and agreed upon in writing by the appropriate responsible officers of both parties prior to the initiation of any particular program or activity. This Memorandum of Understanding between Pokhara University located in Pokhara, Nepal and Shinawatra University located in Pathum thani, Thailand, is made with the objective of facilitating mutual friendship, academic research and educational co-operation. Purpose of this Agreement This general agreement will provide a general and common framework for any further agreements that will be made on specific forms of mutual collaboration. Different Activities of Mutual Co-operation in order to promote the co-operation these two institutions may undertake various activities such as those listed below. The details of the co-operation will be specified through separate negotiations.
- Management of academic and research administration in various programs of study
- Promotion of credit mobility between the two institutes in accordance with the total number of credits earned by a student registered in required courses. Those transferred credits shall be recognized by the the institute a student transfers to. Hence, each institute shall specify the principles and details of credit transfer based on appropriate academic quality and standards.
- Human resources development for both institutes by exchanging and accumulating training in skills, experience and knowlege of various types and levels,
- Exchange of students and internships
- Exchange of information and publications
- Student recruitment
- Joint program, research projects, including conferences, meetings, study trips, and project consultancy; each case to be discussed separately,
- Cultural exchange program and logistic services,
- Other Activities mutually agreed upon by these two institutions.
The MOU was signed by Prof. Dr. Voradej Chandarasorn, President, on behalf of Shinawatra University Thailand and Prof. Khagendra Prasad Bhattarai, Vice Chancellor on behalf of Pokhara University on 1st October 2012. Witness by Asst. Prof. Dr. Chanchai Bunchapattanasakda, Dean, School of Management on behalf of Shinawatra University Thailand and Dr. Manbahadur KC, Registrar, on behalf of Pokhara University.
