A Cybersecurity Awareness Program was successfully organized at Tribhuwan Shanti Secondary School located at Pokhara-30, Kaski, Nepal, with the active participation of around 200 students. The program aimed to raise awareness among school students about online safety, cybercrime, digital responsibility, and safe internet practices in today’s rapidly growing digital world.

The Cyber Security Student Club organized the event under the Cybersecurity for All (CS4ALL) Project of Pokhara University. The session covered various important cybersecurity topics, including phishing scams, fake links, OTP fraud, cyberbullying, deepfake misuse, online gaming risks, social media privacy, digital footprints, and reporting cybercrime. Students were also encouraged to practice safe digital behavior using the “Stop, Think, Verify, and Report” approach.
The awareness content was delivered by Student Club Coordinator Abiral Gautam and club member Ayusha Hamal, with support from Pairavee Bhattarai, in the presence of the CS4ALL Project team at Pokhara University. Interactive quizzes, real-life cybercrime examples, and practical safety tips made the session highly engaging and informative
for the students.
