The Office of the Controller of Examinations of Pokhara University is located within “Block A” (34 ropanis of land under plot number 2121) on the 114-ropani premises at Khudi, Dungepatan, Pokhara-30. The two-story building for the Office of the Controller of Examinations was initially constructed in 2057 BS by Nepal Engineering College, Changunarayan, Bhaktapur—an affiliated college of Pokhara University—at an estimated cost of NPR 2 million.

This building was later expanded in 2070 BS. The expansion, funded under the University Grants Commission (UGC) Matching Fund, incurred an additional cost of NPR 41.4 million.
