The Vice Chancellor of Pokhara University, Prof. Dr. Bed Raj KC, delivered a distinguished keynote address at an international conference held in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. The event, titled “The 4th International Scientific Symposium on Water Resources Management and Comprehensive Reclamation of River Basins & International Conference on One Health and Agricultural Production Environments,” took place from December 13–15, 2025. The symposium brought together leading academics, researchers, and policymakers from across the globe to discuss pressing issues related to water resources, environmental sustainability, and integrated approaches to health and agricultural production.
