On February 4, 2013 Vice Chancellor of Pokhara University Prof. Khagendra Prasad Bhattarai  and Director Prof. K Radhakrishnan of Shree Chitra Tirunal Institute of Science and Medical Technology signed an Memorandum of Understanding at Achutha Menon Centre for Health Science Studies, Trivandrum, Kerala, India.  On this occasion the head of Achutha Menon Centre for Health Science Studies, Prof. K R Thankappan and Mr. Purna Chandra Sharma Executive Director of International Center of Pokhara University also represented from the respective institutes. Mr. Tulsi Ram Bhandari, PhD student of SCTIMST was also present in the signing ceremony.
